Everyday I blog, play, create, read-interact with my laptop while lying on my belly.
15 minutes ago, I moved my laptop and the charger to my desk and set it up while sitting on my chair. I started playing minesweep ( the internet connection is very unstable in my room ). I started to get a little uncomfortable in my chair, (I have this leg/back problem thingy, don't ask) I opened a good calming song and set it on repeat.
I was playing, just playing minesweep, 59 mines to go. I leaned forward because I couldn't see and glasses are uncomfortable. My chair, the one with the wheels, it started sliding so I shifted myself. I cranked my neck a little, it was starting to get tense and giving me a minor headache. 54 mines to go, it started sliding again so I shifted myself again. 50 mines to go, my back was feeling uneasy now. 48 mines to go.
The song on repeat, The Waves by Elisa, it's a nice song. Very nice. I flexed my shoulders a bit, they were tad uncomfortable too. I looked for hints to flag the mines while I sang along to the song. 47 mines to go. I saw a hint on the bottom-left. I miscounted/misjudged the mines surrounding a number 3 and the flower bombs gleefully exploded all around the map.
A box popped out. 'Game Lost'. "Sorry," it said, "you lost the game, better luck next time!"
And below it, 'Games played : 123' 'Games won : 0'.
'Sakai!'
I rolled my eyes in disgust of the stupid game. I looked back at my map, it was mostly done, just a few blue corners left to sweep for mines. I frowned at the screen, it was the first time I got anywhere close to winning. I hate this game. I put my laptop on battery power and moved it back to my bed. I went bawck to lying on my belly while I massage my tense neck and the headache it's giving me.
I pressed 'play again' and tell myself to be extra careful this time aroujnd for the 99th time.
*Update.
Fuck you, minesweep. Fuck you, to the fuckest, of fuckery.
9 more, 9 MORE. ( out of 99 ) Couldn't you have, like, a fucking one-use undo button?!? 9 MORE.
